Designer Wedding Shoes |

I am a shoe fanatic, so when it came to buying my wedding shoes, I really wanted a pair of designer shoes. For me, my thought was, “I’m going to wear these again, so I can afford to pay more.” Think through how you would answer this question and decide for yourself what direction you want to go. There are plenty of beautiful shoes that are not designer shoes, however, couture wedding shoes can be very special. If you are not sure whether or not you want to buy designer bridal shoes, if you need more reasons to convince yourself to buy them, or if you need a list of reasons to show your fiancé, look at the following list below: 1) Comfort: More care is taken into the construction of the designer shoes so the shoe tends to be more comfortable. Comfortable wedding shoes are the key to every happy bride since you will be standing almost all day. If you're thinking about a higher heel, consider going with the experts in designer shoes. Manolos or Jimmy Choos are great brands that make some fabulous wedding shoes. 2) Higher quality for better fit: Designer brands tend to be made from higher quality leather and silks which provide a better fit since they are more flexible and wear better. Shoes like Vera Wang bridal shoes or Stuart Weitzman bridal shoes are known for their high quality leather which will not chafe your feet as much as faux leather. 3) Wear again and again: Designer shoe styles can be trendy, but still traditional and long-lasting. I have friends that have worn their designer shoes for years and years. If you would like to wear your bridal shoes again, consider buying a designer shoe that looks less bridal, but will last through multiple seasons. 4) More breathable for your feet: You will be walking and dancing around all night and your feet may start to sweat a little. Synthetic and cheaper materials are not as breathable nor do they form to your feet as well. You want the shoes you buy to fit well and allow you to move around well. Especially since you'll want to close your wedding with the last dance with your husband. 5) Embellishments: You’ll find better embellishments (ex. Swarovski crystal) and higher quality fabrics in a designer wedding shoe. The less expensive wedding shoes may fall apart quickly after your wedding. If you're like me and you want to save the shoes to wear for later, consider paying a bit more for better details and decorations on the shoe. 6) Higher Heel: If you want a higher heel, designer bridal shoes tend to be more comfortable both in fit and the amount of padding they are made with. Just check out Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City walking around the streets of New York in her high heeled shoes. The designer shoes specialize in high heels so if you want a higher heel, consider looking at couture wedding shoes. Finally, if you are looking for a pair of designer wedding shoes, check these out that I found below. These are made by the premier designers and they are all so beautiful I wanted to buy all of them!
