Shopping online is the easiest way to browse. You’ve got everything in front of you in one place and you don’t have to travel to multiple places to compare styles and see what’s in stock. You can also find more sizes or choices. I’ve even gone to the extra step and chosen the best bridal shoes out there for you to choose from so you won’t have to browse through a dozen different sites like I did. Just keep in mind, when you’re buying online, to follow these tips:

1.   Shop 2 to 3 months before: Buy your wedding shoes 2-3 months beforehand so you don’t have to pay rush fees.

2.  Read the return policy: Some stores will charge a restocking fee or won’t accept returns (only exchanges), so read the policies before you buy.

3.  Don’t be afraid to call: Most online stores have very knowledgeable customer service reps that can answer all of your questions. So, don’t be afraid to call to ask about something you’re not sure about (size, color, etc.)

4.  Handle with care: When you get your wedding shoes, be careful. Don’t wear them on hardwood to avoid getting them scratched. Like regular stores, online stores won’t take them back if you want to return them, if it looks like they’ve been worn.

5.  Cheaper prices: Lots of times, you can find the same shoe you saw in the store for a cheaper price online. If you do happen to find the shoe in the store, search online before you buy it in the store. You just may get a deal!

6.  Review the chart: Review the shoe chart and description next to the shoe so you know if the manufacturer’s shoes run larger or smaller.

7.  Order 2 sizes: To be 100% sure, order 2 sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit. Although this may be a slight hassle, you’ll thank me later when your shoe fits perfectly and you’ve received it in time for your wedding day

8.  Be careful of international sizing: International sizing can be really different from US sizes. Again, read the descriptions carefully and order multiple shoes. 

9.  Read Reviews:  Many sites offer buyers reviews.  Read them carefully so you know more details about the shoe and can figure out if they will be comfortable wedding shoes and look good.
