I've been debating this recently with my friends and can't decide whether or not to buy rhinestone flip flops or just plain wedding flip flops. I thought I'd post out all of the thoughts and comments I've gotten from people in a list of people in favor of the sparkly crystals on your flip flops and those that just want something plain. Hopefully, this will help all of you undecideds find your perfect wedding flip flops. Brides in favor of rhinestone flip flops:
1. The swarovski crystals on the shoes will make you feel like a million dollars.
2. You can definitely use them to add a little sparkle to your outfit.
3. On your wedding day, you are the star. The rhinestones enhance the outfit.
4. Plain flip flops look like you are going to the beach, not to your wedding.
5. Rhinestone flip flops will dress up any outfit that you want to wear later on.
6. These wedding flip flops will be special. You want to make your wedding day special, not the same as what you do every other day of the week. Brides in favor of plain wedding flip flops:
1. You can wear these again with any outfit so you won't waste a pair of great flip flops.
2. Rhinestones are too sparkly and can detract from your outfit.
3. You are already wearing flip flops, why bring attention to them when you don't need to?
4. Usually, rhinestones on flip flops make them a lot more expensive. Just plain flip flops can be purchased anywhere.
5. There is a larger selection of cute bridal flip flops without rhinestones.
6. You already have a pair of flip flops that you can wear so you don't have to buy another pair. Overall, the brides I polled were 50/50 about what they wanted so whichever type of wedding flip flops you choose to buy, whether rhinestone flip flops or plain flip flops, you can't go wrong.
