Yellow Wedding Flats, photo by Cat
Hey everyone! After posting a photo taken by Cat, she graciously sent me 2 photos of her own yellow wedding flats. Wow! They are so cute! They are simple, but elegant. They definitely look like they are really comfortable too! I love how the shoes are placed with the points touching the ground. It really helps to emphasize the delicate points on the shoes. The dark blue background of the wall is great since it brings out the brightness of the color. The yellow is this really cool shade – not so bright and glaring, but just yellow enough. The bride matched these shoes with a gorgeous bouquet of sunflowers. I’ve hardly ever seen brides use sunflowers for her wedding bouquet. These below are so gorgeous and they match perfectly with her yellow wedding shoes!

I just love how the sunflowers bring out the yellow and make everything look so bright! What a unique idea to match everything with!
Finally, I had to show you this photo of the bride and groom and their shoes. How cute is this photo? The groom’s shoes are actually this great brown color, a perfect match against yellow shoes. Those suede shoes look really comfortable and the entire look is really unique. Next to the groom, the bride looks so sunny and sweet and delicate with her pointed toe flats. This is such a cute, cute picture of the bride and groom. I love how their feet point towards each other, almost like they are flirting! If you love shoes like me, don’t forget to add this picture to the list of photos you want your photographer to take!

White Wedding Shoes photo by Charles Thompson at www.charlietphoto.com
White wedding shoes have got to be one of the most elegant shoes that you can find. There is something about the purity of wearing white that is simply fantastic! Plus, you hardly ever get to wear white shoes. When was the last time you put on a pair of white shoes? So, for your wedding, I think white shoes would be fantastic!
The photo above is simply gorgeous. It was shot by Charles Thompson, a great photographer. What I love about the photo is the angle and how the shoes are laid out with the bouquet. At this angle, you can see the great details of the front of the shoe. This white wedding shoe is so pretty. I love the pointed heel with the little ankle strap. It looks like the ankle strap even has delicate rhinestones – a great touch for a wedding shoe. Also, the front has a gorgeous bow and it looks like 2 straps come together to form that bow. It’s such a great shoe and perfect for the bride looking for something special.
The thing I love about the photo is how the bouquet contrasts against the shoes. The deep dark red roses look great against the pure white shoes. The background is really simple and pretty white as well making the contrast against the bouquet even greater. You can even see a peep of the window that is cracked open. I love the whole effect! There is something so great about the angle, the flowers and the white background. The shoes are so pretty too!
If you’re a bride looking to show off your shoes, considering putting your bouquet next to the shoes to give them some color, especially if you are planning to wear white wedding shoes.
