Weddings Fresh wedding blog I love

Wednesday, 05 August 2009 09:29

Hi everyone!  From time to time I’ll be introducing new wedding blogs that I love to read.   I am constantly scouring wedding blogs for new ideas for shoes and just for new ideas for my own wedding.  The problem is that whenever I read these blogs, I start to think of new things to add to my wedding and my fiancé starts to get worried, especially when I want to switch flowers or linens or something!  The problem is, I just want everything!  I love so many different looks!  Dani, who writes the Weddings Fresh blog that I want to talk about today, sums it up so well in her intro “if I could, I would get married every year, to the same wonderful man, but in a new and fabulous way each and every time.”  That is me!

I read Weddings Fresh to see the fantastic weddings and the beautiful fashions that she showcases.  Every Friday, Dani features “Gown Friday” which is a new designer of fantastic wedding gowns.  As a matter of fact, I bought my wedding gown after she showcased the designer Britta Kjerkegarrd on her website.

I’ve found so many wonderful wedding tips on the blog and everyday, I drool over the new wedding details that are posted.  If you’re planning your own wedding or you just love to see other fantastic weddings, I would head over to this blog really fast.  Be careful though because once you start reading it, you’ll want to change around the details of your own wedding!

I'm a great fan of Dani and her original editorial style. Her blog has always
stood out for me and is on the same level as Martha Stewart and Junebug

Hi Megan!

Sorry for the late reply. I work on the weddingfeet site. My sug
gestion for an extend ed weekend trip would be the following:

1. Las Vegas
- there is so much to do and see here, you can watch shows, go eat, shop, and g
o out.

2. Scottsdale, Arizona - if you like to golf and spa, head here for
a relaxing weekend

3. Lake Taho e, California - go here to ski, to hike, or
just t o enjoy the outdoors

4. San Francisco, CA - th is city is just fanta
stic if you have never been o r just want to go back to explore.

5. Miami, F
L - go here to relax on the beach and play in the sun

Or, pick your favorit
e city that is close b y, drive over, and make it an extended weekend. T he poi
nt of the honeymoon is for you and your husb and to spend time together and just
enjoy time alo ne. It doesn't matter where you go as long as you are spending
time together.
