For all of you ladies that are not aware, Nordstrom's is having their half-yearly sale for women and children. This is one of their best sales as Nordstrom shoes actually never really go on sale that much. A lot of shoes are marked down at least 30% off if not more on their sales racks. The best thing about shopping at Nordstroms is their fantastic customer service. I have to say, it is so good that I heard a story once about how someone took shoes off of the rack and asked to return it. My friend's friend who saw the whole thing and worked in the shoe department at that time told her manager and the manager said this "we haven't had many returns lately so go ahead and process it." This guy hadn't even bought the shoes! Can you believe it?

I don't think this happens all the time, but their focus on customer service is what you will love. The shoe salesmen will recommend any number of shoes based on what you are looking for. I just went this morning and saw some great wedding shoes, bachelorette party shoes and bridal shower shoes. Why not start your summer off right and get all 3 at one place? Plus, their return policy is so good that if you don't like it, you can almost return it at any time! Isn't that great? Back to the excellent customer service.
